If you like hotels and your home comforts, this post is not for you. You must go back to your job, work hard, and then pay for your time away from home. This post is tailored to those who do not mind roughing it and having a bit of an adventure.
When It comes to travelling, we always have an excuse of not having money. In this post I want to tell people you can also travel without money.
If you will see the cost of travel,There are mainly three expenses on the travelling.
1) accommodation
2) transportation
3) food&drink..
2) transportation
3) food&drink..
If you minimize these expenses, it is cheaper to travel than live in your own city and how can you minimize these expenses I will describe.
1) Accommodation- I am travelling from last 140 days and my plan is travel till March and after that I will return back.
So, In last 140 days, I hardly pay 4-5 night for accommodation in hostel/ hotel/ homestay.
Most of the time use couchsurfing, well if you don't know about the couchsurfing,in short it is a internet website where you can host traveller in your own home and the same time you can stay at another people home for free.
It is not only just free but it gave me lot of amazing experience and stories, they pick me, show their city, gave a lot of local food to try and many times I also cooked for them. They show me hidden places, offbeat place where I could never go by myself.
Is couchsurfing free ???
Ans: No, it's not free, if you are using this website just for free accommodation, please don't do this.

Just giving an example, I was in russia, I was doing hitchiking all day and reach city at 7 Pm at evening, I was totally tired, fell sleepy, I already have an host in that city where I reached but i can't say them.
Hi, nice to meet you.
Where is bed, I want to sleep.
So, I decided to not go their house and camped in park on that city.
I woke up on morning and go their home.

WWoof: It is same like couchsurfing, I tried this in Malaysia and stayed in a local village, doing some work, generally cooking, clean the place, people from all the world come with this website and you will goona live with them like a family.
Ps- I am not working with a tourist visa, it was just like home, so I also did some work just like my home.

I also learned a lot of things, some farming things, I was supposed to stay for 2 night and stayed there 8 night.
In this way you get free accommodation+ food
Worldpackers: It is also a similar website, but you will get accommodation in hostel,I tried this one in astana, I stayed in hostel for free and I cooked for them and I love cooking, and they love indian food.
I also stayed many nights in gas station, when you are travelling with no money, don't hesitate to ask for help, so in 3 countries I also slept in gas station.
Police station is also best place to sleep, I also slept some night in police station, just request them they will help you, I found that police are helpful with foreigner.
Many time I also slept on bus station, railway station and even on road in Russia.
Temple: I stayed my mostly night in Temple in Thailand and I must say it was one of amazing experience, monks are so nice, I learned a lot of things when I was there.
In Temple you will also get free food, sometime I help them to make food.
If you are staying in big cities, then they have room, they will give you a private room, I got it in Krabi.
Otherwise I just camp anywhere.

I always have a tent with me, so I can sleep wherever I want, but tried to find some safe place, like camping in police station, temple, mosque, church.
In this way you can save money for accommodation.
2) Food-
I already told I am using couchsurfing, so they generally cook for me and sometime I also cooked.
I already told I am using couchsurfing, so they generally cook for me and sometime I also cooked.
And I avoid restaurant, I just buy on supermarket and eat on the street.
I feel glad that I had never buy a single water bottle, I always drink tap water, I always have an empty bottle, so I just request in hotels/ shops to fill my water.
I generally got food in gas station, when they came to know That I am travelling with almost no money.
Even police also gave me food.

3) transportation- I divide this one is two parts
A) Inside city transport- I use local buses in every country, I Never used taxi and I prefer walking so if the distance is till 5 km, I walk.

2) city to city- This part of travelling I love, so I use hitchiking.
I have hitchiked more than 15000 Km in 5 countries and I never used a public transport from one city to another, I got a lot of patience, I still remember that terrible 36 hours on road of russia, hitchiking for Moscow.

It is one the cheapest, fastest and adventurous way to going from point A to point B.
I meet a lot of amazing people while hitchiking, most amazing is meeting a mayer of city in kazakistan, after that attend a conference.

No matter as long you wait the right ride will come and pick you
I already write a long post on hitchiking, so I please read this post, I will share link in the end of this post
I am also working online, as there are many jobs online, please don't ask me about these types of jobs you can find in internet.
So, it is sufficient for my travelling in countries, not for air fare.
So, it is sufficient for my travelling in countries, not for air fare.
But you can also write blog, make you tube video while travelling.
My friends generally asked me how do you feel while travelling, I generally told them I feel rich, I always have to struggle for a place to stay, but my every night was comfortable and relax.
I do not know where will I go tomorrow, what will I eat, whom I will going to meet but I like this travelling, infact I got of lot of amazing experience while doing this type of travelling.
I learnt that people around the globe is helpful and same no matter how you differentiate people by religion, racism, country...
They welcomed me everywhere with a broad smile.
I learnt not to trust on media and their horror stories.
Sometime you don't have any options us best option, suppose I am hitchiking and a car stop, car looks dirty, I can't say go.. go I will wait for another car, they give me a chance and I have to accept that.
If they don't stop, if doesn't mean they reject you, they are rejecting your idea, don't take it personally.
I don't like sandwich, if someone offer me sandwich I have to accept this, very far from the home, you don't have any options is the best option.
The hospitality, love and care I got in my trip, you will never find in any hotel, sometime I cried while leaving someone home.
I made a lot of family out of my home, my country.
I made a lot of family out of my home, my country.
I meet a lot of people of different ages whether it is 72 year Chris, my grandpa I really miss you.
Or 5 year katya, what a sweet girl she is.
I learn a lot from them.

When you travel like this please try to travel like giving mindset, I always think what can I give to this person, my enthusiasm, my story, my smile, some laugh and enjoy the moment with them.
Meeting people is always a priority in my travelling.
Meeting people is always a priority in my travelling.
Travelling without money, or with very small amounts of money, is not for everyone. Sometimes things go wrong and you find yourself hiding under a bridge during pouring rain at four in the morning. For me, it is worth it because I got an amazing experience. I am able to stay on the road for months at a time without needing money and I love that. If you try it, be prepared to rough it, but embrace the adventure and learn to love the ride.
Leave your comfort zone and challenge yourself
Although life is a journey too:)

Ps- I am not brave, I know you have a lot of questions in your mind, if it will happen, that will happen....
When I was leaving home, I also had the same question in my mind.
You shouldn't have to be brave to travel like this, you should have little bit of courage to leave, to start
If I am in the age of 17 I can do it, you absolutely can do that trust me.
